- Started and served as the team's defensive captain in the season opener versus Maryland and ended his FAU debut with five tackles, including one for a loss of two yards and he added a pass breakup
- Had five tackles in the Owls' 561-4 win over FAMU
- Saw limited action after his start at FIU and was credited with a solo tackle
- Versus Memphis, recorded three tackles, including a sack for a loss of six yards
