Please complete this form to request a credential. This form is mandatory and valid for the FAMU vs. Florida Atlantic football game scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025. The deadline for submissions is noon on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Credentials will be reviewed and assigned. Parking will be emailed as a receipt of approval late September 4th or September 5th.
