- Named to preseason Phil Steele All-AAC Third Team
- Saw action in the Owls' season opener at Maryland
- Provided all of the long snaps in the home season opener as well as the excitement following a two-point conversion in which he was on the receiving end of a Kaden Shields-Dutton pass after the opening score versus FAMU
