2003: Suffered a torn Achilles during spring practice...missed the season with rehab.
2002: Sat out as a red-shirt, but participated in all fall drills…tore his Achilles heel prior to spring practice.
2001: Played in all but one game (Drake), due to injury, as a true freshman...recorded 11 solo tackles and 10 tackle assists...athleticism and maturity enabled him to play older than a freshman...recorded two assists in his collegiate debut...had four solo and two assists against Marist...had his first tackle for a loss against St. Mary’s (CA)...a loss of .5 yards...recorded a season high 11 tackles, including two solo tackles and 9 assists against Gardner-Webb, a game his family was able to attend, being one of four players outside the confines of Florida...gained 15 pounds in the off-season.
High School: Played for Jed Lacey at Berkmar Hgih School...led the team in tackles with 138...recovered three fumbles and had two interceptions...earned Player-of-the Week for Gwinnett County three times as a senior...named All-County and All-Region for the second consecutive season...a martial arts expert, he was nominated for the Florida/Georgia All-Star Game.
