2004: Headed into the year with the task of becoming the team’s punter…had four punts in the season opener for 173 yards (his longest was 50 yards) and he never looked back…completed the season without a block…seven were touchbacks and five were fair catches…nine of his punts were for 50 or more yards and 16 fell inside the 20…his longest of the season was 66 yards against Texas State and his season average was 41.9 yards…recipient of the 2004 Non-Scholarship MVP award.
2003: Participated in spring drills but, did not see action in the Fall.
High School: Played for Kerry Kramer at Seabreeze High School where he earned first team all-area, second team all-state, and was the MVP linebacker…five-sport athlete (football, track, weightlifting, wrestling, and baseball).
