BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Florida Atlantic women's golf tees off at the American Conference Championship on Monday morning at Southern Hills Golf Club in Brooksville, Florida, just north of Tampa. The Owls are coming off a program-best third-place finish at last year's event.
Lineup and Tee Times
Nancy Cox (8:40 a.m.): The Owls' leader in scoring average (73.20) finished tied for ninth as a freshman in last year's conference championship. As a sophomore, she's been the Owls' top finisher in six of the team's eight events, including seven Top 25s.
Tina Genoulaz (8:30 a.m.): The lone freshman on this year's team earned a victory in her collegiate debut back in September. She logged two more Top 25s and is second to Cox in scoring average (74.83).
Charlotte Perkins (8:20 a.m.): Perkins has played well in her two starts at the American Conference, finishing 14th as a freshman in 2024 and tied for third last season. In 2025-26, she has two Top 15 finishes and a 75.37 scoring average.
Carolin Alblas (8:10 a.m.): After four seasons at Keiser University, where she was a three-time NAIA First-Team All-American and the 2025 Sun Conference Golfer of the Year, Alblas competed in seven events as a graduate transfer this season. Her best finish was a tie for 28th at the Paradise Invitational, where she closed with a final round 67.
Maddie Rathjen (8 a.m.): Rathjen returns to Southern Hills Golf Club, where she tied for 11th at the American Conference Championship as a freshman. This season, as a sophomore, she's made four starts with her best finish a tie for 37th at the Mercer Invitational.
The Course
Southern Hills will host the Conference Championship for the fourth consecutive year. The course will play as a par 72 and measure approximately 6,289 yards.
The Field
11 teams and 55 individuals will compete. Tulsa, the defending champions, is the highest-ranked team in the field at No. 52. South Florida (60), North Texas (61), East Carolina (82), UTSA (84), and Charlotte (96) are also inside the Top 100. Florida Atlantic enters the week ranked No. 111.
