GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic women's track & field team will travel back to Gainesville for the second time this season. This time to compete in the Alachua County Sports and Event Center Invitational on Friday, Jan. 23, and Saturday, Jan. 24.
For the second time this season, the Owls head back to a familiar place for the second consecutive weekend. Returning to compete in the Alachua County Sports and Event Center at Celebration Pointe. The invitational will be streamed live on FloTrack.

- In the 1,000-meter run, Rosa ten Berg started off the season with a new program record, finishing with a time of 2:47.38. She placed fifth overall.
- ten Berg, Adrianna Mier, and Sophie Dethier competed in the 1,000-meter run. Mier's time of 2:58.60 earns her a personal best and moves to eighth in program history.
- Freshman Joelle White made her freshman debut in the 800-meter run.
- Out of 43 runners, Florida Atlantic had two in the top 25 (Camilla Nicholas and Adriana Lopez) in the 200-meter dash.
- Madison Brown competed in the 3000-meter run. She finished the day with a 10:08.53, placing sixth overall.
- The 4x400m team of Dethier, Morgan Pennington, ten Berg, and Mier closed out the day with a time of 4:04.67.
