BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University men's tennis will play one match, of what was scheduled to be two this weekend, postponing Saturday's Miami contest, but traveling to take on Florida State on Friday morning.
The Miami matchup is likely to be made up before the end of the regular season. The contest at FSU is sort of a makeup date in and of itself, as previously the Owls were scheduled to take part in a weekend showcase in Tallahassee in early February.

Owls' Weekend (Before Last) in Review
FAU (6-7) did not play last weekend, and split their two matches in Houston the weekend prior, falling to No. 26 Texas Tech before topping C-USA rival Rice, 4-1. Three Owls now have winning singles records this spring, as
Alvaro Fernandez Horta is 7-4,
Kevin Huempfner is 7-6, and
Finn Stodder is 6-5.
Owls' Weekend in Preview
The Seminoles (6-12) also split their last two, last weekend at home, topping Notre Dame and losing to Louisville. The win over the Fighting Irish snapped a six-match losing streak for the squad. Marcus Walters and Loris Pourroy form the nation's No. 73 doubles duo, as the only ranked members of the team.
