BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's tennis has their longest road trip of the 2020 spring season, covering the next two weeks. First up is three matches in three days, at Georgia State, Clemson and Georgia, starting Saturday.

Owls' Week in Review
The Owls (5-6) were actually off last week, but went 2-1 the weekend prior. They were riding a three-match winning streak before falling last time out, to Miami. At this point, the team leader in singles wins is Filip Krolo with four, while three Owls – Gerard Escandell, Alvaro Fernandez Horta and Maxime Lapraille – each have three.

Owls' Week in Preview
The trip begins Saturday in Atlanta at Georgia State (1-6), currently on a six-match skid. A year ago, also on the road, FAU took a 4-3 victory over the Panthers.

On Saturday, the Owls head to South Carolina to take on No. 45 Clemson (6-2, plus a home match against Miami on Friday night). Then, this portion of the road trip ends Monday, facing off against No. 31 Georgia (3-2). The Owls and Bulldogs also met up last year, a 5-2 UGA win in Athens.

What's Next
A week from Saturday, the Owls play in Orlando at UCF; a week after that (on March 7), it's on to the Big Apple to take on Columbia in New York City. The next home matchups for FAU will be a doubleheader on March 14, hosting Cleveland State at 8:30 a.m., and Army at 2:30 p.m.
