BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University track and field team continues the outdoor season at the UCF Knight Invitational on Friday and Saturday in Orlando, Florida.

LAST TIME OUT
The Owls kicked off the outdoor season last weekend at the Hurricane Invitational in Miami. Natalliah Whyte set an impressive tone for the season, blazing the 100 meter dash in 11.17. That time is the top in the world so far in 2019 and the best NCAA outdoor time this season. The 4x100 relay team of Jamesha Moorer, Whyte, Renee Shaw and Jenae Ambrose claimed third place, running the second fastest time in school history with a time of 45.11. Cara Simpson had the fourth best jump in FAU history, recording a 11.71 meter jump in the triple for seventh place.
