2018-19 (Redshirt Senior)
Indoor T&F:
- Ran the mile at the Conference USA Championship, completing the run in 5:10.68 for 17th place in the prelims
- Raced in the 3,000 meter run at the C-USA Championship, crossing the finish line in 10:43.28
- Helped the distance medley relay team finish in 12:13.90 at the C-USA Championship, just missing the podium in fourth place. It was also the sixth fastest time in program history
- Her best time in the mile came at the Harvard Crimson Elite, finishing in 5:05.64 for fifth place
- Part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished in 4:06.08 for 17th place at the Bruce Lehan Memorial Invite
- Competed in the 1,000 meter run at the UAB Blazer Invite, recording a new personal record with a time of 3:02.58 for 11th place
- Ran the 800 meter run once during the season, finishing in 2:20.64 at the Gamecock Inaugural Invite for 13th place
Outdoor T&F:
- Ran the 1,500 meter prelims in 4:53.10 at the Conference USA Championship
- Completed the 800 meter in 2:20.51 at the UCF Knights Invite for 11th place
- Had her best time of the season in the 1,500 meter at the UF Relays where she finished in 4:40.70
- Was part of the only 4x800 relay team of the season for the Owls at the UF Relays where she and her teammates ran to a 17th place finish in 9:18.96 which is the third fastest time in school history
2017-18 (Senior)
Cross Country:
- Placed 13th in the 5K at the season opener, the team's home meet, the FAU XC Invite (19:14)
- Ran a season-fastest 19:05 at the C-USA XC Championship
- Was nine seconds faster to 22:49, in the 6K at the NCAA South Region Championship
Outdoor T&F:
- Runner-up in the 1500m at the UM Hurricane Invitational (4:44.54)
- Finished fifth in the same event at the USF Bulls Invite (4:43.41)
- Best time in that race came at the UM Hurricane Collegiate Invitational, good enough for another second-place showing (4:42.27)
2016-17 (Junior)
Cross Country:
- In the season opener, the FAU Invitational, placed eighth overall at 19:26
- Placed 34th out of 121 runners at the Gator XC Invite (19:20)
- Ran a 19:07 for 25th place at the FSU Invitational
- Topped the squad and was 11th overall with a time of 19:04 at the USF Invitational
- Again led the Owls and set a season-low mark - of 27 seconds - at 18:37 to place 34th at the Conference USA Championships
- In her first 6K, once more was the first FAU finisher at the NCAA South Regionals, finishing at 22:58. She gained a remarkable eight spots between the 5K mark and the finish line
Indoor T&F:
- Opened the indoor season by finishing fifth in the 1 mile (5:08.64) at the UAB Blazer Invitational
- Again in the 1 mile, was 10th at the C-USA Indoor Championships, running nearly 10 seconds faster (4:59.56)
- Also combined there with the rest of the Distance Medley relay squad for a 12:27.09 mark
Outdoor T&F:
- In her first-ever outdoor meet, the Hurricane Invitational, was third in a field of 30 in the 1,500 meters (4:38.06)
- Placed ninth in the 1,500 the next time out, the Hurricane Collegiate Invite (4:44.42)
- Combined with three others at the Florida Relays, in the 4x800, to finish 10th (9:10.51). It is the second-fastest time in FAU history
- Set a PR and was eighth in the 800 meters at the Miami Alumni Invitational (2:16.61)
- Moved into the 1,500 meter finals at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships, qualifying with a ninth-place showing (4:41.27)
2015-16 (Sophomore)
Cross Country:
- Placed fourth at the FAU Collegiate Invitational
- Set her season low at the Gator Cross Country Invitational, leading the team in 27th with a time of 18:51
- Was also the top Owl at the FSU Invitational, in 15th, at 19:01, and at the USF Cross Country Invitational in 11th place
- Was just behind that at the C-USA Cross Country Championships, finishing in 18:58 and placing second on the squad and 38th overall
Indoor T&F:
- Won the mile at the UNC Art and Linda Maillet UNC Open, in 5:05.20
- Had her season best in the 1 mile at the Akron Invitational (5:02.60)
- A part of the Distance Medley Relay team that took ninth (12:12.36) at the C-USA Indoor Championships – ranked fourth on FAU All-Time list
- Member of the C-USA Commissioner Honor Roll
- FAU's top finisher at C-USA Championships coming in 30th in the 5K with a career-best time of 18:12.8, which puts her in seventh place in this event on FAU's All-Time list
- First race was 5K at the UF Invitational where she came in 34th with a time of 18:24.63 and is the ninth best time on FAU's All-Time list
- Came in seventh at the Disney Cross Country Classic with a time of 18:27.25 in the 5K
- Ran her first collegiate 6K at the NCAA South Regional Championships and captured fifth on FAU's All-Time list with a time of 21:28.8
- Finished the indoor season ranked 10th in the 800m and fifth in the mile in C-USA
- Part of the distance medley relay team that set a new school record at the C-USA Indoor Championships (12:04.60)
- Took seventh out of 55 runners in the indoor 3000m at the Samford Invitational and set a personal best time (10:02.43)
- Finished first in the indoor 1-mile (5:05.20) at the UNC Open
- Was the top finisher for the Owls and set a personal best in indoor 800m (2:17.68) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational
- Was also part of the DMR team that took first at that meet (12:19.17)
- In indoor, she holds the seventh best time in school history in the 800m, third in the mile, fifth in the 3000m, and first, third, and 10th in the DMR
- Qualified for finals in the 1500m at the C-USA Outdoor Championships with a prelim time of 4:53.80
- Set a personal best time of 4:36.30 in the outdoor 1500m at the Florida Relays and in the outdoor 3000m (10:10.80) at the Penn Relays
- Earned third in the outdoor 1500m (4:40.78) at the UCF Twilight Invitational
- Finished the outdoor season ranked third in the 3000m and 12th in the 1500m in C-USA
- Named to the FAU Fall and Spring 3.0+ lists and the 2014-15 C-USA Honor Roll
- Attended Randolph High School and competed under head coach Kevin Higgins
- Named all-conference, all-area and all-county
- Was an All-American in the 4x1600 in 2012 and 2013
