Earned USTFCCCA Second Team All-American honors, the first All-American in the program’s history
Named the Conference USA Track Athlete of the Year for accomplishments earned in both the indoor and outdoor season
Advanced to the NCAA Semifinals in the 100 meter dash where she finished 16th overall with a time of 11.35. She was the first FAU runner to compete at the NCAA finals after finishing in fourth East Regional Finals with a school-record time of 11.16 for fourth place
Won gold in the 100 meter at the C-USA Championship with a time of 11.21, setting a new facility record at Irwin Bell Track in Charlotte, North Carolina
Tabbed C-USA Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week twice
Whyte opened the outdoor season with a win in the 100 meter at the Hurricane Invite, finishing in 11.17
Competed in the 200 meter dash at the Hurricane Alumni Invite, finishing in third with a time of 23.28 which is the top time in FAU history
Was part of the 4x100m relay team that took third place at the Hurricane Invite with a time of 45.11, which is the second fastest in program history
Won second place in the 4x100m relay with the same team in a time of 45.50, ranked as the fifth fastest time in school history
At Auburn
Finished second in the 100 meter dash at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 2018 and will be the top ranking returner from that race in the nation for the 2018-19 season
That came after placing seventh at the NCAA East Preliminaries (11.05) and third at the SEC Outdoor Championships (11.04)
Also claimed a third place finish at the 2018 NCAA Indoor National Championships in the 60 meters (7.12), breaking Auburn's school record, and was named USTFCCA Indoor First Team All-American
At the SEC Indoor Championships, was fourth in the 60 meters (7.19) and 13th with a PR in the 200 (23.33)
During the 2017 outdoor season, was Honorable Mention All-American in the 4x100 meter relay
Also earned Second Team All-SEC honors in that event
Finished fifth in the 200 meters at the 2017 SEC Outdoor Championship (23.13), and was named to the Outdoor SEC All-Freshman Team
Went on to place seventh in the 200m at the NCAA East Preliminaries
Broke the Auburn school record in the 4x100, at the Penn Relays (32.02)
