Coaching Accomplishments
Has coached at the high school, college and professional level. Joined Florida Atlantic University’s staff in the Spring of 2003 to not only become familiar with FAU, the team’s style of play, but also coaching running backs for the first time after a career built by coaching defense.
In his first high school head coaching position, he guided Masuk to the 1995 and 1996 SWC Colonial Division Championship and was the 1996 Class L State Semi-Finalist. Coached Columbus High School to back-to-back District Titles in 1999 and 2000. Most recently he guided Pope John Paul II to District Runner-up finishes in 2001 and 2002.
At Florida Atlantic
Joined Florida Atlantic University's staff in the Spring of 2003 to not only become familiar with FAU, the team's style of play, but also coaching running backs for the first time after a career built by coaching defense.
In his first season with the running backs, the trio of Anthony Jackson, who saw his first action since 2002 due to a torn ACL, Doug Parker, who sat out 2002, due to academics, and Daveon Barron, who elevated himself to the no. 1 spot in 2002, combined for 1768 yards, an average of 126.8 yards per game. This total was an improvement of more than 57 yards a game from 2002.

Named All-California, served as team captain both as a junior and senior for the University of San Diego…continues to hold record for sack in a single game (4), a single season (12) and a career (19).
