Maddie Rathjen.

- Rathjen's 69 was not only a career-best for the freshman – it was also the lowest round by an Owl this season.
- The product of St. Augustine, Fla., circled four birdies on Saturday against just one bogey.
- Rathjen moved up 42 places on the leaderboard into a tie for 26th at +2 overall.
- Rathjen's freshman classmate Nancy Cox also had a solid day on Saturday, signing for an even-par 72.
- The highlight of Cox's day was an eagle at the par-five 15th hole.
- Cox is tied for 17th at +1. Her previous best finish this season was a tie for 27th.
