CLEMSON, S.C. – Florida Atlantic University men's tennis captured doubles courts one and three and took the first point of the Clemson match, but ultimately fell 4-2 on Friday.
The Owls, who move to 5-6 on the season, saw
Filip Krolo and Joao Grace capture court by the score of 6-2 and then captured the point with a 6-3
Kevin Huempfner and
Nicolas Acevedo win on court one.
The host Tigers would even the score at 1-1 before FAU's
Hunter Robbins captured court six in straight sets. Clemson went on to close out the win with victories on courts one, two, three and five.

The Owls will next move to Nashville, Tennessee for a 1 p.m. Saturday match with Vanderbilt. The match with the Commodores is the team's 10th consecutive road match and the second in as many days. FAU will not return home until March 3rd.
Home matches are played at the Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center and are free and open to the public. Seating is available and cheering is encouraged.
