BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team will travel to Clemson, South Carolina for a Friday, Feb. 17 match versus the Clemson Tigers and will then make their way to Nashville, Tennessee where they will play Vanderbilt on Saturday, Feb. 18. The matches will mark the eighth and ninth on the current 11-match road swing. Following Saturday's contest, FAU will wrap up the huge away portion of the 2023 schedule with two in San Antonio, Texas, prior to returning home on March 3 at 2 p.m.
The Clemson contest will be the third meeting between the two schools. The Tigers holding a 2-0 all-time series lead. FAU, 5-5, will be facing its second ACC opponent in as many contests, after falling to UM last week. Clemson will enter the match with a 7-2 record.
Vanderbilt will enter the match with a record of 2-3. The Commodors were the 4-3 victors in the only previous meeting between the two schools back in 2007.

Hunter Robbins leads the team with a 5-2 dual match record and the senior from Delray Beach, Florida is 5-2 in dual doubles action.

The Owls will wrap up an 11-match road swing, when they head to San Antonio, Texas for a Friday, Feb. 24 match versus C-USA member UTSA and then a neutral site match, at UTSA, versus Wichita State on Saturday, Feb. 25. FAU will return home for the first time since January 25th, when they play host to UCF at 2 p.m. on March 3rd.Â
