Letizia Bagnoli on what it means to qualify for the National Championship
"It's an honor to qualify for the National Championship. I never would have thought in a million years I would make it this far. I have worked so hard to get this point and it is so rewarding to know that the work paid off. I am proud to represent FAU in Arizona next week."
Head women's golf coach Heather Bowie Young
"Leti was so fun to watch these past few days. She was in control all week. She never had a big number and that's something this golf course is prone to. I think she will do great in Arizona. The golf course sets up well for her. Now we have the next seven days to prepare and get ready."
- The National Championship begins Friday, May 20 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona
- The individual competition is three rounds of stroke play (18 holes per day) concluding May 22
- All three rounds will be televised live on GOLF Channel
