ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team, ranked No. 67 nationally, fell to UCF, ranked No. 48 nationally, 4-1, on Sunday afternoon.

The loss moves FAU's record against in-state foes to 2-2, with the only two losses coming at the racquets of teams ranked in the ITA poll. FAU falls to 11-4 on the season with each of the team's four losses being to ranked opponents.

On Sunday, the Owls came out aggressive and worked together to capture the match's first point, with wins on doubles' courts two and three.

UCF would battle back taking four singles matches in the clinch format.
