BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University women's golf announced its 2020-21 schedule Monday. The Owls are slated to play four tournaments in each of the fall and spring seasons in addition to the spring 2021 Conference USA Championship.
Coach Aimee Neff's team will tentatively begin the 2020-21 season in Kingsmill, Virginia for the William & Mary Invitational (Sept. 13-14). It will then travel to Franklin, Tennessee for the Vanderbilt-hosted Mason Rudolph Championship (Sept. 25-27).
On Oct. 12, FAU will host the two-day Jupiter Women's Invitational at the Jonathan's Landing Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida. Less than a week later, the Owls will compete at FIU's Pat Bradley Invitational in Lakewood Ranch, Florida (Oct. 18-20).
FAU won't require much travel for its first spring competition: It is hosting the Paradise Invitational in its home city of Boca Raton, Florida (Feb. 8-9). The Paradise Invitational will take place at the Boca Lago Country Club. On Feb. 27, the Owls head to Gainesville, Florida for the two-day Gators Invitational hosted by the University of Florida.
The Owls are then scheduled to compete at the UAB Spring Invitational, a two-day tournament UAB is hosting in Birmingham, Alabama (March 15-16). To complete its spring regular season, FAU will travel to Macon, Georgia for Mercer's Brickyard Collegiate (April 5-6).
From April 19-21, FAU is slated to participate in the C-USA Championship in Verandah, Florida.
Should FAU qualify, the NCAA Regionals are May 10-12 in an undetermined location. The NCAA National Championship is May 21-26 at the Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.
