FAU In Third Place After First Round

MIAMI, FL -

Florida Atlantic University shot 324 in the first round of the FIU/Pat Bradley Invitational in opening day action in Miami Monday. FAU is in third place, three strokes behind Bethune-Cookman and 11 back of leader Florida International.

Natalia Navarro finished second overall with a two-over par 73 on the par-71 Miami National Golf Course. Navarro went out in 38 before firing a 35 on the back nine.

Round two takes place Tuesday while play concludes Wednesday with final round action.
