- Started off her sophomore campaign with an 18:57.7 in the Florida Atlantic Invitational
- On Oct. 11, she recorded her career-best 5k with a time of 18:18.9 in the FSU XC InvitationalÂ
- Competed in three races before entering postseason
- Placed 33rd overall (22:24.1) in the 2025 American Athletic Conference Cross Country ChampionshipÂ
- Ran in her second NCAA DI South Region Cross Country Championships, finishing with a time of 22:48.0
- Competed in six events on the season (800-meter, 1000-meter, 1500-meter, 3000-meter, mile, 4x400-meter relay)
- Ran in the 1500-meter and 4x400-meter relay for the first time in her career
- Set five top 10 records throughout the indoor season in the 3000-meter, 3k, and the mile
- For the first meet of the season, she ran her career-best in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:28.33 at the Raleigh Relays

Cross Country:Â
- Began collegiate career with a time of 18:31.2 at the Mountain Dew Invitational
- Finished with a time of 19:36.2 at the FSU XC Invitational
- Was top scorer in the team’s second place finish at the ECU Pirate Invite with a time of 22:29.7, good for 14th place
- Tallied a time of 22:47.4 in her American Athletic Conference Championships debut
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 21:31.6 at the NCAA South Regionals
- Opened her indoor season strong with a time of 10:23.41 in the 3000m and finished in fifth place in the mile (5:06.19)
- Ran for a time of 2:56.55 in the 1000m, the second best time in school history, at the RADD Invitational to finish in third place
- Earned a third-place finish in the mile (4:59.60) and sixth place in the 800m (2:19.07) at the Florida Collegiate Invitational
- Recorded a time of 7:09.05 in the 2000m steeplechase at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational
- Placed in seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Duke Invitational (11:14.16)
- Took sixth place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays (11:23.96)
- Ran at the Sixth Form College Farnborough under coach Shireen Higgins
