- Broke the program record and set a new career-best time at the Penn Relays in the 3000-meter steeplechase, running 10:07.58
- Scored in two events at the American Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing sixth in the 5000-meter (17:08.27) and 3000-meter steeplechase (10:51.31)
- Competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East First Round

- Set five top-10 program records throughout the indoor season in the 1000-meter, mile, and 3000-meter
- Opened the season at the Jimmy Carnes Invite, running the 1000-meter (2:53.45), the second fastest time in program history
- Won the mile (4:54.72) at the RADD Sports Invitational while finishing sixth in the 800-meter in a personal best time time of 2:14.99
- Earned her second victory of the season at the Celebration Pointe Classic in the 3000-meter (9:45.47)
- Ran 4:52.82 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
- At the American Indoor Track & Field Conference Championships, qualified for the mile final, placing eighth in personal best and program record time of 4:51.89. Later ran the second fastest 3000-meter (9:37.52) in program history, scoring in eighth place
- In the first meet of the season, ran a career-best in the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:28.33) at the Raleigh Relays
- At the East Coast Relays, hosted by UNF, broke the program record and set a new career-best in the 1500-meter (4:27.58)
- Finished the 2025 American Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 3000-meter steeplechase (10:40.95), placing fourth

- Began collegiate career with a time of 18:31.2 at the Mountain Dew Invitational
- Finished with a time of 19:36.2 at the FSU XC Invitational
- Was top scorer in the team’s second place finish at the ECU Pirate Invite with a time of 22:29.7, good for 14th place
- Tallied a time of 22:47.4 in her American Athletic Conference Championships debut
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 21:31.6 at the NCAA South Regionals, the sixth fastest time in program history
- Opened her indoor season with a time of 10:23.41 in the 3000m and finished in fifth place in the mile (5:06.19)
- Ran for a time of 2:56.55 in the 1000m, the second best time in school history, at the RADD Invitational to finish in third place
- Earned a third-place finish in the mile (4:59.60) and sixth place in the 800m (2:19.07) at the Florida Collegiate Invitational
- Competed in the mile and 3000m in her first American Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Recorded a time of 7:09.05 in the 2000m steeplechase at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational, third in the program's top-10 record book
- Ran the 3000m steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays (11:23.96)
- Placed in seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Duke Invitational (11:14.16)
