Worked in an intern role for FIU during the summer of 2022
Assisted with football running racks, speed sessions and velocity-based training as well as running summer lifting sessions for the women’s swimming and diving programs
At Morehead State
Served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach from January-May of 2022
Designed, implemented and coordinated training programs for women’s soccer, cheer and the cross country teams in all aspects of the strength program
Assisted with football and baseball and coordination of the intern program
At Barwis Performance Center
Designed and implanted the strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility programs for Olympic, professional, college high school and youth athletes
Assisted clients with neurological impairments in regaining strength an neural control
At Peacock Performance
Worked with mixed martial arts fighters assisting in their strength and conditioning efforts
Personal Education: Obtained a B.S in exercise and sports science from Nova Southeastern in May of 2021 and anticipates graduating from Florida Atlantic with a master’s of science degree focusing on exercise science and health promotion in May of 2024 Certifications: National Strength and Conditioning Association, Society of NeuroSports, AED/CPR by American safety & Health Institute
