Women's Tennis Earns ITA All-Academic Honors

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The No. 27 Florida Atlantic women's tennis team received ITA All-Academic Team honors for 2024-25, announced on Monday. Individually, six Owls were named ITA Scholar Athletes.

It was a strong 2024-25 school year for the Owls both on and off the courts, finishing the regular season as the only undefeated team in the nation and recording their first NCAA Tournament win in program history. Now, they add the ITA All-Academic team recognition to their resume after posting a combined GPA of over 3.2

Team members who received individual honors after posting a GPA of over 3.5 in 2024-25 were Millie-Mae Matthews, Katrin Pavkova, Malwina Rowinska, Sara Sarinova, Lexi Silna, and Lara Smejkal.
