Joined Florida Atlantic University as an athletic trainer fellow in June 2021
Initially, she focused her attention on men’s and women’s cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track
In 2022, shifted her concentration to managing the healthcare for the Owls' women's soccer and men's tennis teams
In the Fall of 2023, Vanover was elevated to Associate Athletic Trainer, a position that will allow her to continue to work with soccer and tennis as well as take on administrative duties and the overall management of the Oxley athletic training facility

Served as a graduate assistant at Illinois State University starting in June 2019
Primarily worked with the Redbird women's soccer team while completing her master's thesis focusing on active vs. passive recovery methods
Was responsible for all aspects of the team’s immediate and preventative care as well as helping to create and implement protocols for COVID-19
Also served as a preceptor to undergraduate athletic training students.
