Years on the Team: first year
Cheer Experience: I started football cheerleading at the age of five with Delray Rocks while in gymnastics at Cats. There was a three-year break period at the age of eight. I started All Star Cheerleading at East Coast Flames in Boynton. I have cheer from Youth Level 2, Youth Level 3, Junior Level 3, Senior Level 2 and Senior Level 4. My ninth grade year I cheered for the high school football cheerleading team while cheering at ECF, then my tenth grade year at the age of 15 I did high school football cheerleading, high school competitive cheerleading, and large non-tumbling and All Star with ECF Senior Level 4. Then my 11th and 12th grade year I cheered for the high school football cheerleading team and competition large non-tumbling.

Major: Pre-Business
Favorite Types of Music: Mostly R&B but I like all genres; it just depends on the song
Hobbies: Dance, sleep, and playing with my American bull dog
Biggest Pet Peeve: I can't stand people beating around the bush, say what you mean and mean what you say.
People of Influence (why?): (1) My Mother because she is a strong woman and a go-getter. Nothing and no one can stop her when she is in the zone, and she has the biggest heart but the strongest fist figuratively. (2) My older Cousin, Sakaiya, because she does what she needs to do to take care of herself and doesn't let others discourage her. (3) My two older Cousins TJ and Jamael, I put them together because they are cousins but grew up and acted like brothers. They are successful businessmen, have strong ties when it comes to Academics and Sports, and most importantly are very family oriented. If I need something and my mother can't get it to me right away they are there.

One Thing Most People Don[apos]t Know About You: I truly love all people and animals. I honestly can not stand to see someone hurt or injure an animal. I would give my last breath to make a stranger happy or take in a wounded animal.

Favorite thing about FAU Cheer: The Team. I know cheerleading is going to get tough, and my mind and my body are going to be pushed to the limit. I feel that this team will be my saving grace when the going gets tough; I am surprised and love how fast we have formed not only a friendship but family to call on in and outside of cheer.
