Recruiting Timeline – Class of 2026
January 1, 2026
Class of 2026 applicants must complete and submit their application along with the Common College Dance Team Recruiting Video no later than 11:59 PM EST.

February 1, 2026
Applicants will be notified via email by this date regarding their status and whether they will continue in the recruiting process.

February 2 – March 1, 2026
Virtual interviews will be conducted with selected recruits.

March 22, 2026
Applicants will be notified via email if they have been selected as Finalists for the 2026–2027 Flygirls & Co. Dance Team.
Late April 2026
Finalists will participate in in-person auditions held in Boca Raton, Florida. The final team announcement will follow.
Additional Information
The FAU Dance Team will accept the Common College Dance Team Recruiting Video as part of the recruitment for incoming freshman only. Video guidelines provided by the National Dance Coaches Association (NDCA) may be accessed here.
