Oversaw newcomer transition program which allows for immediate on and off field success of new student-athletes
Was in charge of NIL compliance for players in collaboration with the compliance office

At Oregon

Served three years, January 2018-January 2021, at Oregon as the assistant director of player personnel/player development, including one with FAU head coach Willie Taggart
With the Ducks, his duties included assisting signees with their transition into Oregon and being a liaison between football and academics, alumni, compliance, parents, student-athlete development and therapist/medical support

At Miami Dolphins

Spent June of 2018-August of 2018 as a personnel intern with the Miami Dolphins while serving his second stint with the Ducks.

At Pittsburgh

Served as the assistant director of player personnel
Built and maintain relationships with high school coaches, junior college coaches, prospects and parents
Assisted area coaches with recruiting updates in their areas
Worked closely with the Director of Football Operations on any tasks needed
Coordinated daily communications for coaches to all prospects
Organized and carried out unofficial/official visits.

At Oregon

Began collegiate career as the assistant director of player personnel at Oregon in 2016
Assisted the Director of Personnel with research projects, talent evaluation, and management of PSA’s recruitment
Managed a team of student athlete interns to help with player personnel events
Coordinated PSA official and unofficial visits on campus
Assisted coaches with school visits and communication via phone and social media

At Wofford

Worked as a defensive quality control coach in 2015 with his primary emphasis on the safeties

High School Coaching Experience

First served as Marion Harding High School’s wide receivers and special team’s coach in 2013 and then was named the corners’ coach at Dublin Coffman High School in 2014

Playing Career

Was a member of the Ashland University Eales from 2007 until his 2011 graduation
