MEET COACH LEE
At Texas Tech
Served four seasons as an associate strength and conditioning coach on the Texas Tech football staff where he worked specifically with the Red Raider offensive and defensive linemen
Lee’s appointment with football marked his return or second stint with the athletics department as he previously worked with the Red Raider basketball program during its 2018-19 Final Four. Lee was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Red Raiders that season as Texas Tech claimed its first Big 12 Conference regular-season title and ultimately played Virginia for a shot at the national title. It was the first appearance at the Men’s Final Four in school history.
At East Carolina
Served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the East Carolina Pirates concentrating his efforts with football and softball programs
At Georgia Southern
Named the head strength coach for then newly hired men's basketball head coach Brian Burg for the 2020-21 season
At North Carolina Central
Was the head strength coach at North Carolina Central from 2016-18 where he oversaw the strength and conditioning for all 14 Division-I programs
As a Collegiate Player
Played college football at Thomas More University
All-President Athletic Conference offensive lineman as a senior and an honorable mention All-Conference selection as a junior
Selected as one of the top-50 players in Division-III during his senior season and later played in the Division-III All-Star Game
