BOCA RATON, Fla. – Inside the Owls' Burrow, the official weekly television show for Florida Atlantic Athletics, returns for its 11th season this week with a new home. Episode 2 and every show 30-minute show this season will air on The Spot stations in the South Florida market.
The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
Inside the Owls' Burrow is hosted and produced by Frank Forte and covers FAU sports, featuring player profiles, coach interviews and behind-the-scenes access to all varsity teams. Inside the Owls' Burrow is produced in collaboration with Florida Atlantic Sports Properties (Playfly Sports).
With the Owls closing in on the football season opener at Florida on Saturday, Sept. 5, Inside the Owls' Burrow goes 1-on-1 with Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley to preview the season. This week's show also features a "Pads Off" segment with junior RB Kaden Shields-Dutton. Go on the practice field with Tight Ends Coach Jajuan Dulaney in "Wired for Sound." Enjoy the summer fun with a team outing at Rapids Water Park, plus, a behind the scenes fitting with senior QB Caden Veltkamp and graduate DT CJ Doggette Jr., who were represented the Owls with custom suits at the American Conference Media Days.
