2004: Played in 10 games, mostly on special teams…returned a kick for 15 yards against Louisiana-Monroe, blocked a kick against Florida A&M and recorded three tackles against Northern Colorado.
2003: Suffered a season ending injury during pre-season.
2002: Played in eight games and played through various injuries…began three-a-days with the idea of making the transition from running back to defensive back…due to injuries he moved back to the offensive side of the ball…also gained playing time on special teams.
High School: Played for Coach Gazzillo at Nova High School...served as the team’s captain and was the team’s MVP...also served as the captain for the Broward County All-Star team in the Broward/Dade All-Star Game...also played in the North vs South All-Star game...rushed for 908 yards and grabbed three interceptions...earned second team All-County...three-sport athlete (football, track and wrestling).
Personal: Criminal Justice in major…son of Sonya and Roger Wells…born Sep. 1, 1984 in Fort Lauderdale, FL…family member of Rodney Wells (FSU) and Otis Moulds (Auburn).
