Served as an assistant coach where he was responsible for the defensive backs
Broncos won the program's first national championship in 2021 with a 31-13 victory over Iowa Western
Dillard coached the best defensive backs in the nation as Joseph Norwood led the country in interceptions.

Governors Charter Academy

Head coach and athletic director at Governors Charter Academy in Tallahassee, Florida
Held three positions, simultaneously for much of the time, athletic director, head coach and physical education teacher

Florida A&M

Held the running back coaching position at FAMU from February to July of 2020
Prior to assuming the assistant coaching position, Dillard served as a graduate assistant from July 2018 to Feb. 2020 where he primarily assisted with wide receivers

St. Petersburg High School

While working on his associates degree, Dillard served as a wide receivers coach at St. Petersburg High School, from June 2013- Aug. 2018

Collegiate Playing Career

Dillard played wide receiver for West Texas A&M in Canyon from 2009-2010
Previous to West Texas A&M, he played wide receiver and running back at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, California, from 2006-2008

High School Playing Career

Starred as a running back at Boca Ciega High School in Gulfport, Fla.
As a senior, rushed for 1,173 yards on 150 carries with 10 touchdowns to help lead his team to a district title and state playoff berth

Education: Earned a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies from FAMU in May 2020; graduated with his associates in general studies from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Fla.
