BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic redshirt junior EDGE Jay Crable's love of football was instilled in him easily, in part from his father.
The son of former Michigan standout Shawn Crable, the Massillon, Ohio native spent much of his high school career on the offensive side of the ball before finding a home on the edge.
After a breakout season in '25 with the Ohio Bobcats, totaling six sacks and eight tackles for loss on the way to an All-MAC second team selection, Crable looks to bolster the Owls' defensive line.
