Owls Open American Conference Tournament Against Wichita State

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Florida Atlantic baseball (28-27, 12-15) faces off with Wichita State (28-27, 12-15) in an American Conference Tournament play-in game on Wednesday at 1 p.m. The winner advances to play Rice on Thursday.

OWLS IN REVIEW

The Owls started the conference schedule 2-7 before a stretch of five straight weekend series victories in April and May.
Among those five straight series victories was a trip to Wichita, where the Owls won the Friday and Saturday games before falling on Sunday.
James Litman (First Team) and Nick Romano (Second Team) Earned All-Conference Honors.
Litman finished second in the American in wins with eight and made every series-opening start.
Romano led the Owls in hits and RBI. He had a 7-RBI game vs. Tulane on April 17. He started all 55 games and made just three errors in 134 chances.
