BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic men's tennis schedule is heating up, with the Owls hitting the road for four matches over the next eight days. Upon returning to Paradise, the team will host four matches over eight days.
THE MATCHUPS
At UCF
The Owls will first head to Orlando where they will face UCF on Thursday, Feb. 26 at the USTA National Campus. The match is scheduled for 12 p.m. The Knights hold the all-time series at 27-7, including a 4-3 decision in the last meeting back on Feb. 9, 2025. Live stats are available

Vs. UPenn at USF
FAU will then head to Tampa for a Sunday, March 1, 10 a.m. matchup with Pennsylvania. The neutral site contest will be played on the South Florida campus. The Owls hold the all-time series at 4-1. While the matches have always been close, including last season's 4-3 FAU win, UPenn has not defeated FAU since the first meeting in 2006.
At Tulsa
The team will then make their way to Tulsa, Oklahoma for a non-conference contest against a fellow American Conference member. That match is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. While the schools are familiar, it will be the first meeting between the two teams. The contest will air on ESPN+.
At Tulane
The four-match stint will conclude on Thursday, March 5 at Tulane versus another American Conference member, but it too will be a non-conference match, which is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET. The Owls tied the all-time series 2-2 a year ago with a 6-1 victory in Boca Raton.
THE LEADERS
FAU is led by junior
Mark Havlicek, who has built a 5-1 dual season record and is the reigning American Conference Player of the Week. Havlick was instrumental in the Owls' last victory. He and
Marek Pazdera, who are ranked No. 82 nationally, were leading their doubles competition 5-3. FGCU battled back to tie the match at 5-5 before Havlicek held serve without a return by the Eagles. The duo then broke serve without surrendering a point to FGCU to clinch the doubles point for the Owls. They both went on to win their singles matches, combining for three points in the Owls' 4-1 victory.
Sophomore
Segundo Goity Zapico holds a 4-1 record primarily playing singles court #2. He and junior
Simon Myslivec are 3-2 in doubles play on the same court.
UPCOMING MATCHES
The Owls will return home to the friendly confines of the Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center to host Utah State on March 10, Rice on March 13, Old Dominion on March 15, and East Tennessee State on March 18.
