BOCA RATON, Fla.  – Florida Atlantic baseball won its seventh straight game and completed a three-game sweep of Bradley on Sunday afternoon at the FAU Baseball Stadium. The Owls (17-3) racked up 18 hits for the second straight day en route to a 15-7 series finale victory over the Braves (2-13).

The Owls' offense delivered a quick uppercut with eight runs in the bottom of the first inning.
Patrick Ward,
John Martinez, and
Brando Leroux all had run-scoring singles. The biggest blow of the inning was a bases-loaded, three-RBI double off the bat of
Jake Duer to make it 8-0. In total, 13 batters came to the plate in the inning, and eight different players scored a run. Three walks, an error, a wild pitch, and a passed ball also helped the Owls' cause.

Florida Atlantic led 9-0 after two when Bradley began chipping away. The Braves scored two runs in the third and made things interesting with four more in the fourth. The nine-run lead had been cut to three. Bradley brought the tying run to the plate with one out before
Steven Andrews induced an inning-ending double play.

The Owls re-asserted their dominance in the fifth inning, tacking on three more runs to go ahead 12-6.
Ayden Garcia and Martinez contributed back-to-back RBI hits. Â

Martinez put the finishing touches on a four-hit day with an RBI double in the seventh.
John Schroeder followed suit with a double of his own – his third hit of the afternoon – to score Martinez. Bradley scored a run in the ninth for the 15-7 final.

- Martinez and Leroux each finished 4-for-5 to lead the way on offense.
- Martinez scored three runs and drove in three runs.
- In his return to the lineup after missing three games with an injury, all four of Leroux's hits were singles.
- Schroeder's 3-for-5 line included a double, two singles, and two RBI.
- Garcia reached base four times with a pair of walks in addition to his two singles.
- Ward singled twice and scored three runs.

- James Litman was in control until running into trouble in the fourth.
- He would ultimately last 3.2 innings, conceding five runs on five hits. He struck out four and walked three in a no-decision.
- Andrews was credited with the win (2-0) as the most effective reliever. He allowed one hit in an inning and two-thirds.
- Max Martzolf followed Andrews out of the bullpen and matched Andrews' 1.2 scoreless innings.
- Joey Abbazia came on for the last out of the seventh and recorded a strikeout.
- Reilly Witmer worked around a leadoff walk in a clean eighth inning.
- MJ Bollinger entered for a non-save situation in the ninth and allowed a run on two hits.
