PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – Florida Atlantic women's golf is in South Carolina to start its fall season on Sunday at the Golfweek Fall Challenge. The 54-hole event concludes on Tuesday with 18 holes played per day.

The opening lineup will feature two returners and three newcomers. Sophomores
Charlotte Perkins and
Giulia Scarcello will look to follow up on standout debut seasons. Freshmen
Miriam Barcalova,
Nancy Cox, and
Maddie Rathjen will get their first opportunities to solidify their place in the lineup.

Caledonia Golf Club is one of the top courses in the Myrtle Beach area. It was recently ranked 85th on Golf Digest's Top 100 Public Courses ranking. This week, it will play as a par 71Â at 6,029 yards.

The field features 18 teams and 94 individuals. Charlotte and UAB join the Owls as AAC teams competing this week.

The Owls will be paired with Dartmouth and High Point on the first tee starting at 7:45 on Sunday morning.
