BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's track & field team hits the road for their second weekend of the 2023 outdoor season.

This time, the team will be split off into two meets: distance runner Madlen Kappeler will represent the Owls at the Raleigh Relays hosted by N.C. State on Thursday, while sprinters will head to Miami to compete in the UM Hurricane Collegiate Invitational.

Last Time Out

FAU opened up their outdoor season at the UCF Invitational.

Jessica Lambert picked up right where she left off from her legendary indoor season, winning the 800m with a time of 2:09.68, fourth all time in FAU history
Anabell Reumann crushed the school record in the 2000m steeplechase (6:59.39)
Dahlia Barnes' long jump mark of 5.55 is good for ninth in Florida Atlantic history
