Owls to Participate in 2022 C-USA Media Day

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Conference USA has announced the 2022 Football Kickoff and Media Day is slated for Wednesday, July 27, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

FAU's Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Willie Taggart is slated to attend as well as quarterback N'Kosi Perry and safety Teja Young. The trio will discuss and preview the upcoming 2022 football season.

In addition to the traditional press conference and media availability, there will be a live ESPN+ show beginning at 11 a.m. EST, hosted by ESPN's John Schriffen.

Both Coach Taggart and the players will return home immediately after the morning interviews to open the 2022 preseason camp, which will begin the same day.

SEASON OPENER

FAU will open the 2022 season on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022, versus Charlotte at FAU Stadium. The game is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. and will be televised on CBSSN and will air locally on Sports640 AM South Florida.
