BOCA RATON, Fla. – The FAU softball team began the 2022 season and the FAU First-Pitch Classic on Thursday, and the Owls dropped a pair of close games to Louisville. The Cardinals took a 2-0 pitcher's duel in game one, then an 11-7 slugfest in the nightcap.
