Florida Atlantic Announces Fall Schedule

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic softball team will play nine exhibition games in the upcoming fall, with eight hosted on Joan Joyce Field at FAU Softball Stadium.
With all games open to the public and free to attend, fans will get their first opportunity to watch a revamped Owls' squad that features 16 newcomers. Head Coach Jordan Clark remains at the helm of the program, entering her fifth year.
The fall season kicks off on Friday, Oct. 30 versus Lynn at 6 p.m., with Florida Atlantic then hosting Keiser on Oct. 31 and Eastern Florida on Nov. 1. On the following weekend, the Owls will play Miami Dade (Nov. 6) and Florida Southwestern (Nov. 7) before holding a red versus blue intrasquad scrimmage on Sunday the 8th.
On Friday, Nov. 13, Florida Atlantic will head to Fort Lauderdale to face Nova Southeastern in the only road game of the fall, before concluding the weekend and the exhibition season with a home matchup against Palm Beach Atlantic on Nov. 14 and a final intrasquad scrimmage on Nov. 15.
All nine games are scheduled to last 10 innings.
