– The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team (1-0) will look to stay in the wining column, as they square off against Stetson (0-0) Tuesday night. First touch is set for 6 p.m. at FAU Soccer Stadium. This marks the last time until March 13 to catch the Owls at home, when FAU faces Kentucky at 2 p.m.

- FAU has started off the year 1-0 following a shutout victory over North Florida in Wednesday night's home opener
- Alonso Coello Camarero leads the team with one goal and two points, and has a 1.000 shooting percentage
- Adrian Levy and Ivan Mykhailenko lead the Owls with two shots, and have one shot on goal each
- Neil Strauber drew the start at net in the first game to tallying two saves and a shutout
- FAU has returned nine out of 11 everyday starters, losing only midfielder Alex Alexis (All-C-USA Second Team selection and leader in assists) and goalkeeper Hagay Jalon (two-time C-USA Defensive Player of the Week)

- Coello Camarero and Mykhailenko were chosen to the 11-person C-USA Preseason Team
- Coello Camarero returns for his junior season after becoming the first Owl in the program's days of belonging to C-USA to make the First Team All-Conference. He tallied the second most minutes played in the regular season last year and has been a difference-maker on both sides of the ball
- Mykhailenko was a Second Team choice last season. The striker ranked second in goals per game (0.44), third in goals (seven) and fourth in points per game (1.06) in C-USA. He was also named C-USA Offensive Player of the Week once last year
- FAU was chosen to finish the league in fifth out of eight teams, a spot they finished in last season

- The Hatters finished out the 2019 campaign with an 8-10-2 record (3-2-1, Atlantic Sun). Stetson was set as the No. 4 seed at the ASUN Tournament, losing to No. 2 seed NJIT, 3-2 in the semifinals
- Stetson was picked to finish fourth in the conference
- William Suaut is the leading returner on the squad, delivering the second-most goals on the team last season with three along with three assists for nine points. He was chosen to the ASUN Preseason All-Conference Team
- Striker Lewis Scattergood, an ASUN Preseason choice, finished the season with two goals and four assists for eight points
- Ajmeer Spengler boasted the team's highest shot percentage (.222) after scoring two goals off nine chances
- The Hatters don't return their starting keeper from a year ago, but have options in redshirt junior Jacob Gruber, redshirt sophomore Owen Jack, redshirt freshman Daniel Espinosa and freshman Michal Smith
- First-year head coach Emmett Rutkowski, who spent the past two seasons as an assistant, leads the charge for the Hatters

- The Hatters have the edge in the last 10 matchups with a 3-6-1 advantage
- Last season, the Owls forced a draw against Stetson, which was the program's first tie since 2016. Jean Paul Rafols led the way with three shots and one shot on goal
