Owls Continue Homestand Against North Florida

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's soccer (1-0-1) squares off with another in-state opponent on Thursday when the North Florida Ospreys (0-1-1) come to town for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. The match will be streamed for free on FAUSports.com.

ABOUT THE OWLS

The Owls settled for a scoreless draw with UCF on Sunday.
Alfred Mikkelsen made three saves to keep his second consecutive clean sheet to begin the season.
Mikkelsen is now fourth alone in program history with eight shutouts.
Five outfield players – Nick Kinina, Emil Lausten, Enzo Rabot, Kevin Gorbell, and Jonas Sundli-Hardig – played the full 90 minutes.
The Owls opened the season with a 3-0 win over Mercer on August 20.

ABOUT THE OSPREYS

North Florida is looking for its first victory after a defeat to South Carolina and a draw with Mercer.
The Ospreys are led by first-year head coach Marlon Montanella.
UNF is coming off an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2025. They fell to North Carolina in penalty kicks in the First Round.

The Owls are 9-5-1 against UNF all-time, including a 5-1 record at home.
UNF won last season's meeting in Jacksonville.
