Owls Finish C-USA Championships in Fourth

ATLANTA – The Florida Atlantic University women's swimming & diving team put a wrap to the 2021 Conference USA swimming & Diving Championships by tallying fourth with 425 points. FAU finished the weekend with five bronze medals, as Alicia Mora and Nika Culina each logged another podium finish on the third night of championships.

Quick Hits
- Kirsten Hobson tallied fifth in the 1650 free with a time of 17:11.13. Hannah Garner followed in seventh with a time of 17:25.15
- Hobson did not have much rest between events, finishing seventh in the 200 back (2:04.74)
- Abby Marshall (2:05.73) and Lauren Wright (2:06.42) finished in 14th and 15th, respectively in the 200 back
- Maggie Casey tallied sixth in the 100 free with a time of 50.64
- Nika Culina recorded her second medal of the weekend, registering the bronze in the 200 breast (2:14.57)

- Selina Staudenherz (151.90), Alexa Atherholt (151.30) and Maya Cusumano (134.25) finished in 11th, 12th and 15th on the platform
