2021 NFL Owls – Week 11

BOCA RATON, Fla. – FAUSports.com is proud to update our fans on the exploits of all of the former Owls who are lacing their cleats up each week in the NFL. Here's a rundown of how each performed during the 11th week of the 2021 NFL season (All gametimes listed below are Eastern):
Active Owls (9)
#51 Azeez Al-Shaair | LB | San Francisco 49ers
- Al-Shaair had two tackles – a solo and an assist – while being mic'd up during the 49ers' 30-10 rout of Jacksonville. The third-year linebacker has started all 10 games this season for the squad, and is second on the team with 62 total tackles, including five for loss.
49ers' Record: 5-5

#88 Harrison Bryant | TE | Cleveland Browns
- Bryant did not catch a pass in Sunday's 13-10 win over Detroit. He played 31 snaps – 42% at tight end - and 50%, 11 of 22, on special teams.
Browns' Record: 6-5

#91 Trey Hendrickson | DE | Cincinnati Bengals
- Hendrickson now has six straight games with at least one sack – the longest active streak and tied for the longest in Bengals' team history. He was the team's highest-graded defender Sunday by PFF (89.1), with the strip-sack forcing a fumble, added two total tackles, and he is currently third at defensive end in the AFC in Pro Bowl voting.
Bengals' Record: 6-4

#38 Buddy Howell | RB/ST | Los Angeles Rams
- Howell and the Rams were on a bye
Rams' Record: 7-3
Next Game: at Green Bay – Sunday, 4:25 p.m. (FOX)
#1 Greg Joseph | K | Minnesota Vikings
- Joseph accounted for eight points, but none bigger than the final three, a game-winning 29-yarder as time ran out in the Vikings' 34-31 win over division rival Green Bay. He also hit from 51 yards out in the first quarter, made two extra points, and was 6-for-6 on touchbacks. For the year, he is fourth overall – and third among all NFL kickers – with 85 points. #34 Cre'von LeBlanc | DB | Houston Texans
- LeBlanc was on the Texans' roster again but inactive. Houston upset Tennessee, 22-13.

Next Game: vs. N.Y. Jets (and Neasman) – Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
#35 Sharrod Neasman | S | New York Jets
- Neasman played 18 snaps, 17 on special teams, as the Jets were edged out by Miami, 24-17.

Next Game: at Houston (and LeBlanc) – Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
#42 James Pierre | CB | Pittsburgh Steelers
- In his third start of the year, Pierre posted five tackles, all solo, on 84 total snaps (74, or 97%, coming at corner). He was targeted 10 times, allowing only five receptions, in the Sunday night shootout with the Chargers. The Steelers were edged out, 41-37.
Steelers' Record: 5-4-1
Next Game: at Cincinnati – Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
#26 Devin Singletary | RB | Buffalo Bills
- Singletary went for a combined 43 yards, including 26 in the air – his second highest total of the year – on three catches. He had a first down rushing, with a long of nine, and another receiving, with his best gain being 14 yards (and 24 coming after the catch). The Bills were topped by Indianapolis, 41-15.
Bills' Record: 6-4
