BOCA RATON, Fla.Â
– A Saturday morning rainstorm did not stop the Florida Atlantic University swimming & diving team in the Owls' meet against Princeton. Despite the elements, FAU kept the energy high throughout the course of the morning.
Â
"It was a really good meet," Preacco said. "It got pushed from yesterday to today, so that was already a challenge, but the team stepped up to it and really gave it 100%. We are excited with the swims and dives we got today. This is the direction we've been wanting to bring the team, and they stepped it up…They are doing those energy-level things at practices and at meets, and they are there for each other and supporting each other. For them to be there supporting each other is stellar, we couldn't be prouder of them."
