Midweek with Kiffin
On This Week
"Kind of a bounce-back week. Re-start week. We have already discussed the game last week and (it's) time to get it 1-0 for this week. These guys (Ball State) are a really good team. (They are) very good on offense, really good players, good scheme. (They have) multiple on defense in the front so we have to get ready to play really good to get our first win."
Do the players believe they can still have success?
"When your schedule is like that (only team to play two top-20 teams in the first two weeks), you don't expect to win every game…We were heavy underdogs in both (Ohio State and UCF) and if you are, it means you are playing really good teams. You have to do everything right to win and obviously we didn't. I think that our guys who have been around understand that just because you lose to teams like that, (it) doesn't mean that you can't have a really good season. Our goal is always to win our conference. It is the number one goal, that is still at stake."
