Women’s Swimming & Diving Concludes Day Two of C-USA Championships

Day 2 Results

ATLANTA – The Florida Atlantic University women's swimming and diving team finished day two of four at the 2019 Conference USA Swimming & Diving Championships. FAU sits in sixth with 105 points, which is nine points behind Old Dominion in the fifth spot. The current leader of the championships is FIU, who is riding in first with 328.5 points.

Notables:

Spence Atkins rounded out the top-10 in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:53.76
At her first C-USA Championship, Fatimah Westbrook captured eighth in the 50-yard freestyle final (23.44)
On the boards, Malvina Catalano finished fifth (273.70) and Taylor Downs captured a personal best of 249.50 to claim eighth
