COACH RANDOLPH'S TAKE
"Our main focus was to have two days the athletes would have to race and allow our training cycles to mimic our conference schedule. Mission accomplished. We were able to achieve multiple personal bests, conference leads, and a top 10 national ranking along the way. We still have a lot of work to do as we focus on peaking in February."
