Men’s Basketball to Face Bethune-Cookman on Saturday

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team travels to Daytona Beach to play Bethune-Cookman on Saturday, Dec. 5. Tip-off for is set for 4 p.m. The contest features two of the youngest coaching staffs in the country. According to research done by the Middle Tennessee sports information office, the Wildcats have the youngest coaching staff in the country, while the Owls feature the sixth youngest.

LAST TIME OUT

The Owls won both their games last week, defeating Palm Beach Atlantic 73-62 on Wednesday night, then beat Florida Gulf Coast 85-68 on Sunday afternoon.
Junior forward Jailyn Ingram averaged 17 points and 10.5 rebounds, while Xavian Stapleton averaged 15.0 points and 6.5 rebounds.
At 6-1, FAU continues its best start at the Division I level.
